staff super friendly and helpful on both check in and out. the car was clean but quite old and had a few dents and scratches.

Exceptional customer service! The gal who checked us in was a master multi-tasker. She managed several clients simultaneously without missing a beat. Her customer service skills were admirable. We requested a Jeep Wrangler and received a red one! It was fun to drive around the island. The attendant took the time to show us how to remove the roof and reassemble it. Upon return, we were treated with respect and immediacy. We were surprised and delighted to be shuttled back to our resort.
Andy's was super. We will be back on the island and have our rental place for sure. Much appreciated
