Good service no complaints at all. Car almost new and as expected. Prices have gone up in common with all other outlets.
The charges were far above what I was quoted when I made he reservation, and despite having filled the tank with gas immediately prior to returning the car, we we were charged for gas. I would never use Andy's again, nor would I recommend to others.
The whole experience was great! Andy’s is definitely the way to go when visiting Cayman!! Will be renting from them again!

Need to find a way to speed up the process. How to get paperwork done before customer arrives. The vehicle had over 60K km and was definitely "used". There were parts missing from the trunk area; the cabin overhead light was burned out; and the gas fill door was difficult to open.
The convenience of the location and competence of the staff is a plus.
