Beenusing Andy's for 15 years. Great service for great price!
The staff is always friendly. My issue was the A/c was not working in first car I received from the airport location. After a couple of days, I took the car to the 7-mile beach location and eventually received another car of the same type. The a/c worked better than the previous car, but really never cooled the car down……. I was surprised when I wasn’t offered some kind of discount for the inconvenience. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the condition of the cars was lacking.
Car was very beat up and smelled. The battery then died during our trip but your maintenance team was very quick to respond. The maintenance service and team were excellent.
Piece of cake to rent from Andy’s car rental. Conveniently close to arrivals, quick service, easy return.

We got a flat tire on our second to last day. They promptly sent out a driver with a different car. We had not had a chance to fill the gas tank of course, they we awesome and only charged us regular price for it. Driver was very pleasant and friendly. All services we got were fantastic.
We had a great experience with Andy’s. We were able to make our reservation with no money/credit card needed. Love that they have multiple locations. And they were easy to work with for changes. Originally we planned to return to airport but decided to drop off at 7 mile location with no issue. They also said we could return a day early when we asked, with no fees/charges. We rent again here next time.
