Everything was exactly as advertised. The folks we dealt with were terrific. They got us on the road in a short period of time. Checking back in at the end of the week was also very easy. In total, we were very pleased with the entire experience.

Car was very beat up. It was a Jeep, we wanted to take top off to enjoy scenery, but we couldn’t. Everything was falling apart.
It took a little time and was fussing as to which line to get it when getting vehicle But drop off was a breeze
The car we rented had broken air conditioning so we brought the car back to the Seven mile location. Individual working was not friendly, less than helpful and we ended up paying more for a smaller car. Needless to say we were frustrated with the whole experience.
Car was fine, bit underpowered but got us to our various destinations.
Staff very friendly…..and staff at Seven Mile Beach location responded quickly to a request by us. Our front window needed cleaning on the inside, and staff not only wiped it clean, but washed the entire care!
Very clean car
We were given a car on the first day and the AC was not working. We called the airport location and were told to take back to WB location the next day. We did that. We waited about 45 minutes at that location and were told that we then had to drive back to airport location to swap out the car. All in all we wasted about 4 hours of this rental. I asked if there could be some kind of adjustment to my bill and I was told that "my supervisor has gone home". I want to rent again in three weeks
