Exceptional service, this was my fourth time renting from Apex, customer service is always smooth, I had a little car trouble this time around, but it was quickly resolved. I would highly recommend Apex Car Rentals, did I mention my deposit was back in my account 15 mins of dropping off my rental car? 😄Rena is amazing, literally just a text away. Thanks guys

The car I requested was not available. I was offered another car but did not like that car. I asked for another car that seemed to be in the same category as the replacement, but had to pay another US$50 for this car. I guess because it appeared newer.

Everything was great, except for one major issue, the smell. They have covers on the seats which apparently were never washed and they smelled quite a bit. When I mentioned it, they put in a spray that masked it for a few hours, but the next morning when it was parked in the sun, getting in was pretty hard. We had to keep windows down all the time. Ask them if your rental has car seat covers and ask them to wash it before your rental.
