Need to have better commutation especially changes that involve money! I have been using this company for a few yrs now. It’s annoying to be sitting outside after your flight to be waiting for soemone to pick you up when they should already be there.

I have being renting from Apex over two years now. They have the best customer service ever and the staff is friendly and treats you well. I recommend them all the way. Apex car rentals is the best.

Everything was nice, easy, and seamless. I was greeted kindly and professionally . The whole experience made my trip much more enjoyable. I thought it would be a hassle renting from a place outside of the airport, but they really do take care of you from start to finish.
The fact that Apex allows 21 yrs old persons to rent makes me want to give them 10 stars and I'll go with them again when I'm older and recommend them. Car smelled new btw.
