Apex is my #1 car rental agency and I always recommend friends and family. Thanks for your assistance, it is always good experience renting from you. Last Saturday I had a long wait because of some misunderstanding with the car I choose but you guys treat me like family it was ok with me.
It’s a great company we always get what we want, but they need to do a more thorough check on vehicles before renting them.
Just minor adjustment that can work on like am drop off of vehicles.
The services provided was good overall I do believe they need to have more newer cars available though

I love the fact that they will deliver the car to you wherever you are and also they pick up the car by the airport door so you didn’t have to take a shuttle bus or have a long walk to get into the airports check in area.

Excellent and affordable service. We had an issue with our credit authorization having been overseas and they were understanding and helped us through it.
