The site shows modern cars, the car we received was an old banger. I could have walked uphill faster than the car drove. Snails were overtaking us going uphill. So many bumps and scratches. The staff were totally unconcerned when we complained upon returning the car, instead were more interested in getting the car ready for some other poor person who probably thought they were renting a modern car. I would NEVER rent from this company again. Don't be fooled by the pics, the cars are awful.
Apex car company I would never recommend or use again, my experience was terrible . Customer service was disgusting and not helpful. I spent over $200, 000.00 ja dollars with this car rental and was treated like garbage. Even when I report that one of the tyre on the vehicle had a Hugh gash in the tyre they made attempt to fix it or contact me , even when I sent picture text to this rennae who is the owner/manager for this business. Worse car rental will let my friends know. Rent 26/12/16-25/01.
