Excellent service as always
When we brought the car back, the lady sitting at the reception desk didn’t even said hello nor looked at us. She was very slow, taking care of two other customers. About 15 minutes later, she told us we ignored her when she asked « How may I help you? »!!! My boyfriend never heard her said that and I did, but I was sure that she was talking to a customer on the phone, as she never looked at us AND she was wearing headphones. We had a plane to catch and this was very stressful for us. :/
This is my second rental. Love the Apex Kingston team. Easy to work with. Honest and upfront. I could have done well with a discount, but I am satisfied.
William in Kingston was great. I took the older car for a week as it was one of the few available and some renters had extended their rental of the newer ones. When one became available, William called and I picked up, just paying the cleaning fee which was fair. Very pleased. Reasonable company. Thanks.
Rented twice before. 2 times Kingston, this time Montego Bay. Even though it was high season, 3 choices were available. I chose an older, slightly noisier model this time (definitely not as fancy as the last two, but it averaged 10.5km/L which was unexpected ). Ms Forbes was great to deal with. Thanks again.
The car was in perfect shape and great to drive. We also were running late for our flight and Apex sent a driver to meet us and pick up the car from the airport!

Car was in awful shape! When I collecting the it, I was told, I had to pay an additional £300 charge and it was “none negotiable” or I could not have the car. Despite the fact that the VIP car rental site says “no extra, or hidden fees Policy”. it was late and I was worried about being stranded I had no choice but to pay- only to find out days later when I queried it, that it was a OPTIONAL additional insurance that goes directly to the company . TERRIBLE to do to an elderly man! NEVE
