Following a worrying start when there was no one to meet me at the airport at the time stated, the rest of the expereince was fantastic. My conversation on the phone with Ms (?) in Montego Bay, and later interaction with Sanjay in Kingston quicky soothed any anxiety.

I reserved a car for three days. Call the day before no one picked up the phone. Arrived at the airport expecting to see someone from the car rental office. No one was there to pick me up. I called the office probably 50 times, no answer. I did not receive a call and I was left at the airport stranded. I would never recommend this company to anyone. After traveling for hours and arriving at the airport thinking I had a car and to find out last minute I didn’t. Very unprofessional.

The vehicle's exterior and interior was in poor condition and there was little fuel. No instructions were given as to how to open the petrol tank, using any functions or support available. I returned the vehicle with more fuel that I received in it. The driver still asked for money when returning the vehicle.
