The car I was given caused bodily injury. It was not operational. And dangerous. I asked for assistance within minutes of leaving the lot. Anything over 10mph.I was told no other vehicles available. No option I brought the car back the next day. I was told I’d be contacted by a manager. I heard nothing.I would like credit for the two days that I wasn’t able to use the car. Neck back and migraine. Still having back issues. Sandwiches and not ok.

BEST WAY TO RENT A CAR IN THE PHOENIX AREA IS CARZI. THEY PICK YOU UP AT DOOR 7 AND TAKE YOU CLOSE TO WHERE THE CAR IS LOCATED. NO WAITING IN LINES, EASY IN AND OUT ACCESS AT ANY TIME.

One of the most degrading experiences as a customer. Not only did I feel cheated on costs, my initial booking confirmation & details, the car that I had been told would be ready upon my arrival, I also felt completely disrespected and dehumanized by the staff at the rental office. I have never, never been called a p**sy to my face when voicing my concern for unexpected fees & noting the bad reviews I had seen of the company. Mark (Mike?) & Josh were the two associates.

Car was fine but due to storms car was dirty outside which I understand, however, would have been good to have water in windshield wiper so windows could have been cleaned off.

It was the dirtiest car that i ever rented in my entire 52 years of my life. It was not cleaned inside and smelled bad. It was also kind of dirty from outside. It seems like it was not washed or cleaned from inside at all.
