Process seemed like it should have been seamless but the communication about the location of the car was several hours behind schedule. Then the car was not there when we went to the spot. They did promptly give us a different vehicle. No one is in the office or answers the phones. The AI texting app does not work. I would use again but have lower expectations of efficiency.
the overall experience was very positive. The pickup process was smooth, aided by a convenient shuttle service. The car was in excellent condition and enjoyable to drive. Initially, I booked a Mini Cooper but received a Honda HR-V instead, with an extra $23 charge. Although not ideal, I found the HR-V preferable to the alternative Kia Rio option. Despite this minor issue, the staff was helpful, and I left satisfied. I would recommend this rental service!
The vehicle that was given to me smelled awful, was very dirty. I had to wait 45 minutes to even get a response from anyone once I arrived. waiting in phoenix in the hot sun for 45 minutes to get a vehicle is unacceible. There was no one in the rental building. The vehicle had broken taillights and should not have been on the road...
Vehicle was extremely dirty. Tires were worn out. Did not have rental contract until after we left lot. Asked to have representatives call me but never received a phone call. Had to reach out to get instructions on how to get car. Still have not received my deposit back. Over all terrible experience.
