I made my deposit with a debit card without having seen that it would require a added charge, almost the price of the rental. I offered to pay it with my credit card but the operator wanted no part in trying to be accommodating. kept sending me screen shots of the rules and shot down any type of resolve that didn't involve me paying almost double for my rental. the car I received was old, paint faded, ran poorly and had these poorly kept seat covers on the front seats.
It took 20 minutes from exiting the plane to be in the car I rented. Everyone I know who has rented with other car companies at PHX waits hours on average to get their car rentals. It’s so much easier and less stressful with Carzi! This is my third time over the past two years, and I will definitely continue renting from them. You can’t beat the convenience and reasonable rates!
No way to call and directly talk to agency representative. Charged for gas that was not needed. Charged for second driver who declined authorization due to excessive rates. Lock Box for car key access had a different access code than what was given to me. Approx - $12.00 a day rental turned into over $50.00 a day. Never again will i use this company.
This was the worst rental car experience of my life. I will never rent from this company ever again and I will warn everyone I know to not use this company. Staff only communicated via text and were extremely rude. Never again
I would never rent from Carzi again!!! On my connecting flight getting ready to leave and received a text message that they cancelled my reservation in Phoenix. I had to get in touch with my wife to make me another car reservation at 9:40pm hoping that when I got to Phoenix that she was able to get another car reserved for me which she did considering my flight arrived at 11:42 pm.
