Easy and fast
Car tires were low on air. I took it to discount, had them filled, and was told all tires 🛞 needed to be replaced. Are you replacing them before you rent out the car again?
I never received My Rental; Nobody was at the office at the Sky Harbor $ they said that I had to pay for an extra policy for damage when I already had rental car insurance through my Progressive insurance ! I am still trying to get my money back; Terrible Rental Car Scam; in my opinion !! Sincerely; Greg Walker
Staff responded quickly, however if you are in a bind or made a mistake they are not helpful. It all comes down to the terms and agreements. Not having a customer service you can speak to is not adequate. The car also had a hop/vibration in the rear any time over 40mph which made the vehicle feel unsafe to drive. I would not choose this rental service again.
I love Carzi. Still haven't gotten one of those perks of an upgrade, but nonetheless, Carzi makes coming to Phoenix easy for me to see my ailing father. Thanks
Change your debit card policy. That's a stupid policy. I hate credit cards. Don't punish me for using a debit card.
I was not given the pre-pickup photos, so I was unable to dispute the condition of the car in pickup. How would I have known to contact Carzi about a problem if they don’t tell me what the odometer reading is according to their documentation? If this had happened, I could have contacted Carzi about a problem. Instead I took photos and Carzi doesn’t believe me that there is a 100 mile discrepancy between my photos and theirs.
They were not able to provide the car we requested, but called us the day before and let us know. We are more than happy with the option they gave us. Would definitely rent them again.
The only issue was, never having been to that airport before, and not reading instructions s I should have, I didn’t expect Carzi yo be on the opposite end of the airport than the other rental

I received a filthy uncleared car with stained seat and carpet. I did not complain and I thought that Carzi knows about it. Carzi is now trying to charge me $370.59 for prepaid fuel, unclean car, mileage, licensing fee etc (brought the car back full) . Worst car rental service ever. They are dishonest and bad business practice
