I was thankful to find a car when all cars at other car rental agencies were sold out
We used Carzi for the first time and were very disappointed. We received the car and it had a dead battery the next morning. We had to utilize Uber since we were time committed and then had to pay for another group to jump the car and then returned it that night. The only way to get in touch with them is via text and they were not responsive and we are not able to get a refund and need to escalate. It was a horrible experience and wouldn't recommend especially since they will not respond!
Pleasantly surprised, especially after reading the negative reviews. Our experience was excellent, the car was in good condition and was the one we asked for, the shuttle was prompt (we just missed one at the airport and had to wait for the next one), and the people we met were helpful and happy. I don't know where the other reviewers were, but if our experience is any indication, I have no reservations on renting here again. Well done, Carzi!

The car I rented had several large paint scratches where it was apparent it had been in two or three brushes with other cars on the front fenders. The Left headlight didn’t work and the interior of the car although clean was showing signs of wear and tear on the door arm rests. Car showed 115,00 plus miles, which is high for a rental…Overall it afforded me transportation to and from my destination, but not in the stylish way…
