Carnival all online rental was new to me, but very well thought out. Good car, availability where others weren't super directions and no muss. Had issue with insurance papers that was easily and courteously ironed our. Would definitely rent with you again
We had no issues, and even got a better car than what we were expecting.
Their time frame to contact someone should be as their service. If you can rent 24hrs it should be representation 24hr just in case of an issue. Especially for people who rent from out-of-town visiting. Where a person can get stranded at the airport until there office is back open.

After arriving after normal business hours I was not able to determine how to catch the shuttle to pick up the car. The emails sent were extremely confusing and not clear on the procedure. I did not get the car, had to use Uber. I was credited $124 for the car but was billed $200 deposit. What a SCAM! No car, unclear and difficult to find instructions on how to get the car. Would NOT recommend.

It was by far the greatest rentals experience I have ever had. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who is interested in total innovation and excellent satisfaction.

This is a scam! Please stay away from it. Condition not clearly stated. Wanted to cancel immediately but there were no one to talk about it. They charged me without any services. Very poor customer service. Very bad experience overall.
