Car requested was not available, but it worked out fine for us. Delay in getting shuttle to parking area and not everyone could get on the shuttle. Very happy with rate and I was comfortable with the pickup and dropoff procedure. I think the email with pickup procedures could be a bit more concise to make it easier to follow, but all the information was there.

The white card to get us out of the parking lots did not work. We had to waste 45 minutes trying to find someone to help us and then get it to work.
The only complaint I have is that there was no information given on where to go in order to pickup my rental. I was just given an address which turned out to be the parking garage of the airport shuttle. There were no Carzi signs or arrows pointing out where to go. We weren’t even sure if we were in the right place. We found the shuttle office on the 2nd floor and I went in to ask them. They said they didn’t know where I was supposed to go, but there were rental cars a few rows over.
You definitely get what you pay for. It was an older car but the price was great and the process was pretty easy. I’d do it again for the price.
Well they cancelled on me less than 12 hours before the rental was supposed to happen so it is hard to rate the company based on this experience.
I liked the convenience of picking up without having stop at a desk. Only drawback would be the difficulty in getting someone to talk to if something was wrong
