I can’t rate the staff because this agency is contact-less and I never saw anyone. But everything was smooth and easy if you just follow the clear instructions.
Super fast and easy
1) Pick up instructions were emailed way too late. They were emailed while I was in flight and therefore I could not forward them to the rest of my party on different flights until I landed. It was too late for them and therefore they needed to take alternate transportation. Send at least 24 hours before pick up.
2) Vehicle was not parked in the specified row. Spent 45 minutes looking for it and missed a meeting.
3) Vehicle was 8 years old. Not a deal breaker, but might want to disclos
