Worst rental experience of my life. Super difficult contact anyone, and epically rude service once you did. I was renting for a medical procedure and they cancelled my rental without my agreement. I have already told around 20 people about my extremely horrid experience and will continue to advise people I know, and strangers, about how truly terrible this company is. I have never been so disappointed in my life.
