Wasn't very evident that the car only had a 500 mile limit until I received my confirmation. I had to add miles as I knew I would exceed 500 miles. The industry standard is unlimited. For something that is "rare" in today's industry, I think it should be super clear to see upon booking. I received two emails into my inbox. However a 3rd email went into my spam telling me that my car was at an offsite location. I get spam but how does 3rd email go to spam? Make for some confusion.

The car I rented had black rims, carbon fiber mirror caps, and a carbon fiber fuel cap, I was not told any of this and was not happy with it. There were scratches and dents around the whole car, the weld nut cover was missing, the tires weren’t fully inflated, the rims were completely scuffed, the windshield had a ton of chips, the rear view window was poorly tinted and was difficult to see from. Lastly, I’m pretty sure the alignment needs to be fixed asap.

I was expecting to pay, at most, maybe two hundred for the two days I needed a car. It was four hundred, after the 150 I’d already put down. I will never be using this service again, and I’d advise against anyone else using it.

Great experience! Since 1st time customer, I felt like I was in the dark on the complete rental process. I text representative and he was helpful yet I had to ask a lot of questions. A written description of process would have helped. Also, I did not receive email regarding pick up, keys nor return process but 15 minutes prior to pick up. Now that I know what to do I will certainly use company again.

Rented a Kia Optima, got a '12 Camry with 100k on it. Broken fog light, wiper blades worn out and useless, brake rotors warped and pulsed violently when braking, headlights severely sun faded, vehicle shakes at highway speeds, driver sun visor loose/broken. Basically a clapped out 10 year old car that seems to live in long stay parking neglected of maintenance. Never interacted with any Carzi staff... there is no staff ( middle of the day pickup/return ). Big fail, run away from this company.

The rate was the most affordable we could find but it felt like a scam. They randomly send you a text that has you upload your info to it, so I didn’t get to it right away. When I sent a text back, they were kind of rude but everything worked out. Maybe next time they should call instead of text. The car was old. It still had a cigarette lighter and ashtray in the front console, so they definitely should update their inventory or give you a discount on their older models.
