Pickup and drop off were easy. Rate honored, car fine . No problems
Took more than an hour to get a shuttle (quoted 12-15 mins), staff was rude and unresponsive, they rented me a car with a slow leak in the tire, and so I had to replace the tire. They refused to reimburse the cost, or even respond to my messages for a week. Once I got ahold of them, they essentially said, "sue me." By far, the absolute worst car rental experience I've ever had, and I highly recommend you drop this rental service from your offerings.

The “No contact” experience required doing things in a different way but all went well. We were very pleased with our car and overall experience!
Vehicle was dirty, it was old and pulled to the right. I have never experienced a rental vehicle like this, especially for the price. I was embarrassed to put my family in it.
I didn't need the pickup service but the car was in bad shape.

We have to look for car in vacation lot.. its big lot . We looked and looked for 10 min without any help.
The shuttle driver from airport was rude. No manners.
Email for pick up was late. So we assumed this car rental is located with other rentals in centalized rental area and came back to airport to ride the shuttle from carzi..

Great experience. Hassle free booking, pick up and drop off. Rate was great. Car was clean. Would definitely use Carzi again in the future
Wasn't very evident that the car only had a 500 mile limit until I received my confirmation. I had to add miles as I knew I would exceed 500 miles. The industry standard is unlimited. For something that is "rare" in today's industry, I think it should be super clear to see upon booking. I received two emails into my inbox. However a 3rd email went into my spam telling me that my car was at an offsite location. I get spam but how does 3rd email go to spam? Make for some confusion.
