Good easy
Carzi charged me a per mileage fee for driving over 200 miles. Nothing in the initial reservation process points out that Carzi charges a mileage fee. Who even does that anymore? Carzi uses an unethical business model. Also the pickup and return location is confusing. Not the usual car rental center for Phoenix airport. Also, they expected me to have the car washed before returning.
The vehicle served its purpose and I get it they're used cars.
Car was awful. High mileage and ran terribly. Was actually fearful of breaking down. When stopped it was shaking and vibrating so bad when anyone spoke their voice would vibrate. It made terrifying sounds. The breaks were so worn they felt like they didn’t work properly. The passenger window did not work. The front bumper was held on with zip ties! I cannot believe we paid so much for something that was so dangerous to drive. Extremely upset and dissatisfied with this whole experience.
I had such a great experience with Carzi! This was the first time I had ever used them, and it more than exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again!
They were easy to communicate through text messaging. They also worked with us on extending the vehicle quickly and efficiently. Would recommend to friends and family 10/10. Helped us in a bind for a last minute car rental after delayed flights. Thank you!
It was my error in that I did not read the info of where to pick up the car and ended up taking the shuttle to the normal car rental place, then having to return back to the airport and take another bus to the parking lot. The carzi agent was helpful via text, but I wish they emphasized the pick up location in advance of me arriving at the airport.
I was skeptical at first after I made my reservation. The pickup and drop off of the vehicle was seamless.
It was a quick and easy experience. Almost like jumping into my own car once the reservation was finished. No waiting at the counter
