The check in and check out procedures are awesome with the lock box in the car. My only issue with the car is it was not in great shape. It had 125k miles, the suspension was kind of shot, there was a loud rattle coming from somewhere in the back seat. All the seats were covered which is not that big of a deal... but just goes to show it had seen better days. I know there's a shortage of cars and the price was significantly better than the competition. So, I'd rate Carzi as 4/5.

I was nervous about the contactless experience but it was great! Their directions were very clear and the entire process went smoothly.
The owner's manual was not in the glove compartment. The lot was not very well marked as far as row labeling. There should be a map of the facility with a drawing on entering and getting to the area with row's marked. I passed the area once and had to go all around. The name on the bus and the name of the facility did not have the word CARZI anywhere on it and I kept having to look it up to make sure I was finding the right place. I had to rent from Carzi because they were the only company with vehicles available. The car I had was at least 10+ years old and I thought it was going to fall apart on some of Phoenix’s roads. It was not maintained well and was NOT worth the $475 price tag for 2.5 days.
They also took a “deposit” AFTER they had already charged my credit card for the full amount, so that made no sense at all.
Do yourself a favor, plan ahead and avoid this company.
