Once the system is figured out it is very efficient. I failed to read the instructions emailed to me in detail so this first rental experience was a little difficult but after reading the emails sent to me everything proceeded very well. I never physically interacted with anyone throughout the rental period. No standing in lines.
I will use Carzi again.
I was hesitant to use this service as it was new to me. But they made the process simple and easy. Only suggestion would be the metal lock box used to access your key was too hot to the touch from sitting in the car.
Carzi cancelled my reservation 5 hours before I was supposed to pick it up via email which left me stranded in my destination. I would NEVER rent from Carzi as my reservation with credit card from a week earlier was not homered. Email said Due to high demand and travel in the Phoenix area we are unable to keep your reservation. My reservation meant nothing, be warned!
Rental cancelled day of pick up. Won't try this again.
The shuttle service to and from the airport is great. The vehicle could've been a bit updated. I had a hard time finding the spot to wait for the shuttle. I called the customer service and the lady had an attitude,was not polite at all and rushed me off the phone.
The overall experience was good and the no contact rental pick up and drop off was easy and convenient but the car itself was not very clean. Lots of stains in the seats and marks on the car.
I will defiantly use this company again and refer this company to everyone!! I had great experience.
I have not received a receipt. There is no human to get in touch with. The car shimmied when you were on the highway. Definitely not rent there again.
We got In late and sis contactless pickup which was awesome but the car they assigned had the from left bumper damage and hanging there. It didn’t matter all that much but it worried me the entire time. With the 400 mile limit we just drove to our hotel and parked it until we drove back so that wasn’t great but for what I needed it worked well. The low mileage is probably the only reason I would not use carzi again. Which is too bad because everything else went really well.
Very rude staff never received the car poor instructions misinformation about reservation and rate
