I'm not sure these questions are super applicable to my rental experience. I didn't talk to a single human being, everything was done online.
This was the most seamless process of renting a car i've ever had and I travel quite a lot. No waiting in line, no bait and switch, you do everything ahead of time online, shuttle there, grab and go!
you cancelled my reservation at 3AM the day of my flight and left me high and dry in the desert when I arrived.

The car was run down, smelled bad, dirty, the tire was out of the trunk making the trunk sink when you put bags in it, seatbelt didn’t work, charging port broken. For 250 a day that was awful. Love the concept but not to pay 250 plus a day as well as mileage.
Plane was late and you guys gave away our rental. Poor communication was horrible. No phone. Only texts. Who does that? Horrible experience
Highly unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend. Staff is incredibly rude. Their user interface sucks and when you need to extend rental the link isn’t properly working.
My confirmation was cancelled three hours before I left for the airport leaving me with no car rental. Horrible experience and terrible company. Will go out of my way to advise people to never use this company.
Never got the email to confirm reservation and you cancelled the rental. This was done 5 hours before I was suppose to pick up the car. This was one of the worse days of my life as I was attending my sons memorial service. And you made it so I had to deal with one more thing. Your company sucks.
