I was impressed
The back seat of the car was absolutely disgusting. The car also had a very strange smell. But overall the cost of the vehicle and the way it rode was worth it.
Very easy, derailed information provided by email. No hassle. Even got an upgraded vehicle.
The directions on where to find the shuttle are perhaps 95% accurate. Walking out door #7 leads you to the taxi stands. It was not clear to turn right and walk down past the taxis. The sign mentioned in the email is kinda obscured by the taxis. You really need to number the bays. Cannot tell which is which. Finally it would have been nice to know the car wash isn't open 24x7. I drove there for nothing.
I selected “company’s choice” for the vehicle type. I got a Honda CRV, which was perfectly acceptable. I will say it seemed like a fairly older vehicle and not terrible smooth, but it was functional and an excellent price!
The only reason i gave good for pick up is because i didnt get the pick up instructions. But once i got them it was so easy. If i can i will never rent any where else. Also Now i know how it works i will not have any problems next time, I was a little hesitant at first but rest assured they are a great company.
Took some time to get the info to carzi on rental day, not sure why I didn’t send info especially insurance the day I made reservation would have been better

The directions for finding the airport shuttle to the rental lot were clear and we found our rental car right away. Returning the car was equally easy and convenient. I appreciated the low price compared to big name rental companies!
Nearly 10 yr old car ran fine but seats couldn't fold down-we have owned same car and knew how they operated, but car was disappointment. Whole reason for renting a small SUV. Needed to pick up items for house, unable to do so
