This was my first time using Carzi. I really liked the contactless pickup. Receiving the car details via text on the day of my travel was efficient and getting the car was straightforward and easy. As with all car rental agencies, the different insurance packages were confusing in terms of understanding what was legally required and recommended and this cost wasn't very transparent in the initial offer. Overall, though, it was a positive experience and I would rent using Carzi again.
When i came to the airport, i was texted if i wanted a camry or a rogue. Apparently there was an up charge for either but i was not informed of this via the text. Apparently it was sent to me by email, but i was not offered any other options by text. I think this is poor communication. I

The rental was very good and service was great very easy to deal with
The rental experience of getting and returning the car was fine, however, the car was damaged. Virtually all sides of the vehicle had dents or scratches and there were 2 large chunks out of the windshield. One appeared to be repaired, but the other was not and spread throughout the 4 days.
Car had two tires worn down on the inside exposed wires- could not see until removed tires and have car seen- had to have to the spare put on- company not helpful - car was not safe! Would never use again!

Efficient
Loved how it was truly a contactless experience. I was able to text with the agent and have everything dealt with before I arrived. Directions to access the car, leave the lot, and return then vehicle when finished were extremely clear. Great rental experience!
