Carzi canceled my reservation less than two hours before my pickup time, while I was flying to Phoenix, leaving me scrambling for an alternative. I'm extremely disappointed in Carzi and wouldn't recommend them.

Very poor experience. Would not use Carzi again. first car had broken A/C had to drive back for replacement which smelled strongly of smoke and then was told to find a different company - left stuck at the parking garage.
Amount of holding is excessive compared too other car rental agencies.
