I thought I was getting a Jeep and received a rogue. I have 150 acres in Wickenburg
and the rogue limited what I could do.
Car was dirty, the key fob did not work... I had to use the key that is embedded in the fob (Toyota Yaris)... there were no return spaces in the row I was directed to return the car to.... I should have rented a bigger car -- that is on me... but to not have a working fob for keyless entry was poor.
This rental car was in rough shape. Felt dirty, not well maintained. For example, the metal wrap on the interior passenger door handle was peeling off and every time we opened the door, it cut our hands. Driver side tire seemed low, car lacked power for driving on the highway. Would not rent from this company again. Car was poor.
Car shortage resulted in getting a 10 year old car. Expected a better rental, but at least we got one during the shortage. Could’ve been better or worse. Satisfactory describes the overall experience.
Upon booking, the rental seemed to be fine. But, after the reservation was made I was but with a $600 deposit and a $150 charge for marijuana cleaning from the vehicle. Crazy thing is I don't smoke weed, so I'm wondering if the deposit and accusations are based on my race ( I'm black of course).
Great local company. Got to drive a Mercedes-Benz C class for the same price other companies had compact cars for. It wasn't brave new and had some wear and tear, but it was still a great car to drive. The only issue was that the windshield wipers had clearly not been checked/replaced for a long time and weren't really functional. Hopefully they have added that to their checklist after my conversation with them.
I'd be happy to rent from them again.
Car had a funny smell to it.

The pick up process was so extremely easy! We talked to another couple who rented with someone else and they said it took two hours to get their rental. We walked right off our plane, hopped onto the short shuttle and we’re in our car in what felt like minutes!
The process was convenient.
The car wasn’t that great but I did get my money’s worth so overall I give this renting experience a 2 thumbs up .
