The vehicle didn't drive as smooth as I expected it to, but it was fine for the 2 days i had it.
I was given a 10yr old compact car over the Jeep SUV. I'll never rent from Carzi again.
The vehicle was seriously under powered for highway driving, should only be used for street driving. The rear view mirror fell off a few times while driving, rear passenger side power window control panel pops out when you close the door. The rear end cargo cover could not be places correctly because the driver side holder to keep it up was missing. We expected more quality for what we paid to rent this vehicle.
The vehicle was dirty inside specifically the seats. There was zip ties holding on parts. I spent way to much money for this vehicle.
The cat had over 107000 miles when I picked it up. It shook when over 60 miles
I had an excellent experience renting through Carzi. They gave me a complimentary upgrade to a vehicle similar to the one I drive at home. It was a very easy touch less pickup and drop off. I will rent through them next time!!
