I found renting with this company to be the easiest rental I’ve ever had, check in/ drop off went smooth, shuttle was easy and faster than the main location of rentals actually. I was nervous to use an off site rental location, but after a great weekend, this is my new go to when in town.
Carzi made it so easy! Skipped waiting in line to pick up like have done at other car rental companies. What a time saver! Was so nice to be in e’mail contact throughout my rental. Would rent again from Carzi in a heartbeat.
I requested to pick the car up earlier than originally noted and the agency promptly replied that was not a problem. I was notified that I received a complimentary upgrade as the car I reserved was not available. The upgrade was great! The whole experience was contactless which during COVID was appreciated. I am telling everyone about this agency. This will be the only way I do car rentals moving forward!

My car had a very strong air freshener and the tire pressure light came on towards the end of the rental period. It also had alot of mileage but it was a nice car
The whole experience was great. Beginning with booking the car and submitting my drivers license and insurance. The pick up and drop off of the was quick and easy. We arrived at the airport, called the shuttle service and within minutes we were at the parking garage picking up the car. The whole process probably took about 10 minutes or less. The car was clean and comfortable. The drop-off was just as quick.
