Loved the no contact experience. Didn’t have to wait in any lines.
The rental process was fine. The vehicle I received had a horrible odor and came close to overheating. We had to return the vehicle early bc the odor was unbearable.
The Nissan Sentra was okay, but the seals in various parts of the car caused issues. The seal around the trunk was not an obvious issue, but allowed water to POUR into the trunk soaking contents. Our luggage was wet when we arrived at the hotel. We did not discover the source until we washed the car for return and once again our luggage was soaked prior to our plan trip home. Also the seal in the drivers door wasn't tight and made it noisy while driving.
I’m very thankful for this rental car
The car I received felt like it was going to break down. It was dirty inside!! Some boxes left from another driver were in the trunk. I don’t feel like this car was even cleaned before we got it. I will not be using this car renting service again!
