I had the worst experience with this company of any company that I’ve ever dealt with in my adult life. They were rude and even threatening I ended up never picking up the car because the customer service representative who I also believe is the owner of the company was so rude and threatening that I was worried it would be some kind of a scam so I never even picked up the car
Awful and abusive. I asked to cancel my rental before picking up the car. When they kept sending messages to check in for my reservation, I asked for confirmation the reservation had been cancelled. Carzi finally responded with insults ("Stop messaging us. You have been such a pain for us") and threats (A formal complaint has been filed on you to the TSA as a problematic traveler.")
Everything from pick up to drop off went seamlessly. Very easy to use their service. It’s all done by text or email. If you have a question, they answer you almost immediately. Very happy with Carli!
Smooth and quick pickup and drop off. Love this model liked the text customer service. Would rather not get hustled on text to buy insurance, etc. that was only low point. This model beats waiting in line at counter and traditional car rentals. Will use cars I when it’s available.

I was dubious about renting from Carzi but I will say that they were responsive to my inquiries and concerns. It was easy to pick up and drop off my car. Directions were clear and easy to understand. But the best part was the rate that i received. If you are trying to save money, I suggest using Carzi.
The CSR on chat said "I'll be with you in a moment" I waited and inquired twice if they were still there. After over 30 minutes of waiting I got rude and ridicule filled responses for another 30 minutes or so. I can send the chat to you. I was eventually allowed to just cancel for a $25 fee. By then I was happy to move on. I hope this helps you address the issue I had.
I will never again rent a vehicle outside of Carzi! Their emails/texts/updates/reminders/step-by-step instructions w/ pics were top notch & easy to follow! A+ for exceptional "Nordstrom-style" communication & customer service. Renting from Carzi saved us so much time and effort. No lines, no signatures, no add'l sales, etc. It was as easy as exiting the plane, boarded the shuttle, and getting into your nice clean rental parked exactly where they said it was. I rate my experience 10+++
Requested early pick-up. No problem and no charge. The rate was very good. Even upgraded SUV from minivan great rate.
