Made a flexible reservation and tried to cancel 3 days in advance, text only contact ability, was told it was non refundable (I hadn’t paid) and then they stopped communicating with me after only a one line response from them. I tried to clarify and cancel and discuss with over 30 attempts all of which were ignored. What an awful customer experience wondering if I was going to be lumped with a large bill while trying to cancel rather than no show. No care for their customer.
Rental company was good, had the opportunity to wait in the lobby of the parking garage. Our rental was 3 hours delayed due to other customers returning it late. It was out of our control, but understandable. Car was clean, drove well, and getting in and out of the parking area was smooth with the way they have everything setup. Really enjoyed the contactless rentals! Would rent from you guys again.
Incredibly rude customer service. When picking up the car, the representative made some very rude remarks. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and was shocked by the way they had treated us.
Since there was someone onsite, I would have preferred being able to talk to someone face to face. I probably won’t use carzi again.

Very smooth process.
Our only complaint is that we did not get our instructions via email in a timely manner. We were early to pick up our car and had to wait for the email to know which car was ours. However...when I texted, I got a prompt reply and learned that there were some problems with another car being turned in with damage. I was kept in the loop of information and the car we received was an upgrade from original contracted one. We will continue to rent our cars here.
It was definitely a different experience than what I'm used to, but overall I left satisfied and would recommend to anyone.
From the beginning the vehicle was dirty. I did not know until I got off the lot that there were issues with the brakes. There was no help to resolve anything when I notified the company.
Everything was good
