Excellent experience renting through Carzi, all the way around
Wasn't given the type of car I had made a reservation for Instead was down graded. The car I received was nice but not fully clean. Trunk was dirty, under the floor mats and under seats had trash. Still was a nice rental car.
I had issues with my bank, but carzi was very good and patient while we worked it out. The rest was very easy.
10/10 would definitely rent a car from here again

This was the first time using this agency but everything went pretty smooth. Price was the main selling point.
My car was cancelled last moment due to unavailability and I was stranded at the airport with small kids to hunt for new rental cars. I am never going to use carzi and I have told many of my friends in Arizona to never consider carzi for rental cars. Good luck!
The whole experience was awesome, the only suggestion I would make is to have the rows at the outdoor lots, marked more clearly.
