Nice quick and easy. And very affordable
Car was not super clean, windows especially, but it was fine.

Y'all definitely did not lead with the information that your cars are significantly off site. We made our way to where all other car rental agencies were at the Phoenix airport before I saw your emails/texts, which came in when I was on the flight. Those explained that Carzi cars are not with the other rental agencies' cars, but rather some off-site lot about 15 minutes away. We requested a large vehicle, to seat our six person party, we got a 5 seat SUV. I'm not using Carzi again.

Amazing! Will use service again soon. Quick response time and awesome explanations of how to pick up and drop off car. Everyone we were traveling with waiting in line 2+ hours for Hertz, Alamo, etc. at the airport. We were soooo grateful we found your company!
