Extremely difficult to find Carzi - no signs, no information on site. Terrible customer service, no staff available in person, online or over the phone, no information provided about how to access the car I had rented (and already paid for). I left without a car after trying to find Carzi, connect with staff and locate the car for 2 hours. Only positive is that Carzi reimbursed me the next day. Not sure if this is a real business or a scam.

The rental I had purchased was either damaged or not returned so the staff offered me a sedan instead but did offer and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. The only complaint I would have is I was not notified of this upon my arrival and I had to reach out to them to find out where my vehicle was. I feel they should have let me know prior to my arrival to the pickup site.

Terrible, contactless is not good you need a person to be able to ask questions To many things can go wrong. The text said I didn't leave the keys I followed the instructions on how to return the vehicle never a follow up on if they actually found the keys in the glove box. Lack of communication. Said the staff told them I took the keys when I told them where I parked the car and left the keys. No follow up at all. Very poor experience

The instructions on where to find the shuttle were very unclear. There should be more information on the confirmation portal about picking up and dropping off your car.

It was a positive experience overall, but I have to say I was disappointed in the vehicles themselves. The first car literally had its front bumper hanging loose on the driver side, and was missing the quarter-panel trim. The replacement vehicle they offered had two chips in the windshield, but they were pretty small so it wasn’t a deterrent. Other than the vehicle issues, it was a great experience.
