I was disappointed only when they were asking to verify my credit card literally as I’m sitting there in Phoenix parking garage. I gave all the information weeks in advance. The car I ended up with was not the car I was quoted (Nissan Rogue). I was given an older Honda HRV that was filthy and had cheap seat covers on all the seats. It wasn't a very good experience for my first time renting with your agency.
I was denied my rental and was not given a car. I was not reimbursed my money either. I filed a police report for theft and a complaint with the BBB. I will be placing a stop payment with my credit card. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.
