The value was great, and the shuttles were prompt. I had a couple of questions, which were answered quickly by text. I would definitely rent again.
A little more information on insurance and liability coverage would be fantastic. When you are from another country or even another state, what kind of proof of liability is excepted would be great information. Also a quick rundown on the entire procedure in an email or text will make the process super smooth. Thank you for the rental it was fabulous.
Instructions were a bit confusing, plus there was no advertised phone number to call if you get in a pinch. We had to Hong.
Terrible customer service and terrible car
Extremely difficult to find Carzi - no signs, no information on site. Terrible customer service, no staff available in person, online or over the phone, no information provided about how to access the car I had rented (and already paid for). I left without a car after trying to find Carzi, connect with staff and locate the car for 2 hours. Only positive is that Carzi reimbursed me the next day. Not sure if this is a real business or a scam.
Vehicle information was sent to email an hour after reservation so we were clueless on what to do. Difficult to contact anyone to inquire.
Someone was actually there at pickup and promptly stepped in to help me locate the car and walked me through the process. Super kind and helpful. And the car was great!
Love the process. I needed to pick up the vehicle a little early and they accommodated. Second time I have rented with carzi and i will continue to do si.

The rental I had purchased was either damaged or not returned so the staff offered me a sedan instead but did offer and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. The only complaint I would have is I was not notified of this upon my arrival and I had to reach out to them to find out where my vehicle was. I feel they should have let me know prior to my arrival to the pickup site.
