I was a little confused as I received an email that made it sound like I needed to wash and clean the car before returning it. Never experienced this before when renting a car.
It was a positive experience overall, but I have to say I was disappointed in the vehicles themselves. The first car literally had its front bumper hanging loose on the driver side, and was missing the quarter-panel trim. The replacement vehicle they offered had two chips in the windshield, but they were pretty small so it wasn’t a deterrent. Other than the vehicle issues, it was a great experience.
Poor reservation procedure, but overall my experience was positive.

I was disappointed only when they were asking to verify my credit card literally as I’m sitting there in Phoenix parking garage. I gave all the information weeks in advance. They should’ve asked me then when I wasn’t under stress, I couldn’t figure out how to do it and then I asked the desk girl who could care less that I was standing there For help.
