I was a little panicked when I got to the baggage claim terminal because I had not received the email detailing how to pick up my car but that was quickly resolved via text. Drop off was pleasant and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Carzi to anyone needing a trusty rental.
It was just okay. I has some questions during the use of the car. I tried 4 times to text with Carzi and never got anyone to respond. That was really frustrating.
The vehicle was not clean. There were empty cartons of beer in the trunk. The car also had a weird smell and it was really dusty. Overall needs to be cleaned. The tire pressure was also low. The picking up and dropping off of the vehicle were pretty easy and painless. Since I picked up after hours I just followed the directions in the email I received. I would rent again from this place but only if the car was properly cleaned.

The agent working with me on pick up was extremely rude. When I asked if it was possible to move up my pick up time because my flight arrived early, I was told "NO" which is fine if not possible but it seemed like an easy ask so I followed up to try to explain the circumstances and was told I "should follow instructions." The vehicle that I got was in poor condition - it vibrated the entire time I drove it, the windshield wipers were shredded. I would have returned it if I was close by.
Nothing this company does is professional. This should be called Rent a wreck. The harassment and hard sales sucks. I think this is the biggest ripoff in the car industry.
