Definitely not worth the hassle of dealing with Carzi to save a few bucks.
I didn’t know about the deposit charge the day we got there of a $400 hold but it didn’t last long. It just would have been nice to know. Thank you!

I have been using Carzi for the past year and a half. I have consistently had a good experience with using this rental agency. Initial setup takes a little bit of effort, but completely worth it to not have to stand in a line for up to an hour to get your rental, even after you've made the reservation. After you are set up in their system, rental is a breeze. Walk out of the terminal, get picked up, walk over to your car, drive away. I've no idea why other companies are not doing this. - Jim B.
This was my first rental with Carzi. Now that I've done it once I'll surely do it again. When I was a bit confused about the pickup, they answered my texts right away. The car was clean and perfect for what we needed.

I wouldn’t rent from a regular rental company if I can rent from Carzi.
I received a text message telling me my reservation was cancelled minutes after I landed. They did not offer me any other vehicle, they did not respond to any of my texts, they would not speak to me on the phone. I was left stranded in a city I did not know on Thanksgiving, desperate to find a car at the last second. Unsurprisingly, in this situation, I paid a huge premium over what I had reserved. I am disgusted by my experience and will never use this "business" again.
