It was so confusing as no one said it was a contactless experience and I think old folks will have a big difficulty, it was just weird
Friday, 10pm arrived to Phoenix Airport, came to pick up point and all I got was a text message, quote: The vehicel we had on reserve for you was not returned. You will need to find your transportation services elsewhere, apologies.
The lock box was very difficult to open. Some additional instructions would be helpful.
Instructions were sent on the day of travel.
I wasn’t able to pick up the car
A little difficult to find the car in the right "aisle" -- the lot could use better signage.

I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews, but from start to finish everything was so easy and prefect that I will not do things any other way when I visit Phoenix again. Thank you for the Amazing experience and I will recommend to all my friends and family.
Had issues with the rental.
I'm a senior and this was my first time to do contactless car rentals. For the most part the entire process went very smoothly. I was a bit nervous when I read some of the reviews but nothing applied to my experience. The shuttle, parking garage and staff were very helpful. Car was nice and new. On the return, key card didn't work to get into garage. Found out you can call for assistance with button on entry post or call lobby. There was a $400 credit card hold which was returned within 2 days.
