There is not a lot of interaction with the 'staff', but I did meet someone who helped me find my car.
Also, they are very quick to reply via text if anything is amiss.

it was our first time looking for a vehicle in a lot full of cars, directions and location of vehicle were excellent. open car found lock box as directed on email and everything went smooth.
Booked a van. 10 min before the actual time to pick up, I get contacted they don't have the van, but have a sedan. They tell me do you want a refund. i said yes. They have yet to refund. i am contacting the attorney general of the state of arizona about their scamming business practices.
