Easy , fast, and cheap. The car was great - we had zero problems from start to finish!

Worst customer service ever gave me a car without air conditioning and was not able to speak to anyone only by text. What kind of customer service is this ? I paid a lot of money for you to waste my time and not even call me for an explanation
Worst experience ever! Would never rent from Carzi again! This was first attempt. Waited an hour for email that was supposed to come before pick up; instead received cancellation email stating car i had rented and paid for had been returned damaged. No other cars available at the holding lot; employees at pick up location were anything but helpful as they don’t work for carzi…there was no customer servuce phone number. Absolute worst experience ever!!! Do not rent from carzi!
My car was cancelled because of “ Unfortunately, we are unable to keep your reservation as we have no cars available. “ This was 4mins before my scheduled picked up. I drove 40+mins to pickup the car, very disappointed to say the least.
Only complaint that I have is that the code to the lock box was not in the car. But the staff was very helpful and quick in retrieving that for us

Had to use a worse car for my reservation. It caused a lot of problems. The reservation agent who made the change lied to me in response to specific questions about the replacement vehicle and then was rude when I expressed my concerns. There was nothing in there power to be done to help, no one for them to refer me to with concerns, and a horrible experience as a result.
It was disappointing to receive a much smaller vehicle than I booked, and there was no empathy with customer service basically take the option or get refunded. Something could have been offered for this mishap such as a free tank of gas upon return.
