I was satisfied with my experience with carzi
Rental experience went very well. The car was easy to pick up and return without hassle. No hidden fees so far, which is one thing I had worried about after I spotted a few reviews I had not read before renting. So far, those reviews have proven incorrect, which is lovely. There was a small mix up in my instructional emails, but it was small and simple to resolve. If you care a lot about choosing your vehicle by feel, this service likely isn't for you, but if you like avoiding lines, it's great!

I had to re-enter my information several times and there was no contact information to talk to a person. It took a while to get the information about where the car was located. The car was fantastic and the price was great! The contactless method is a great idea!
