The car was dirty and alignment was off. I was over charged for additional miles and have yet to hear back from the company
No easily accessible way to see allowed mileage. Only 100 miles per day is very low and not recommended

Rental instructions need to be clearer prior to finalizing purchase.
It's always unnerving when it is contactless, but the vehicle was equal to or better than requested, full of fuel, clean and in good running order.
Fraudulent bussines. They ask for damages to the car that were already there. Even if you pay, they send the information to a collection agency.
I will let everyone I know, not to do business here.
For a contactless company, communication needs to be better. It feels as if information is intentionally hidden in order to incur fees or penalties. Certain expectations (like refuel, drop off procedures, etc.) should be communicated BEFORE booking, or least immediately after. I can see why have awful experiences.
