I'm a senior and this was my first time to do contactless car rentals. For the most part the entire process went very smoothly. I was a bit nervous when I read some of the reviews but nothing applied to my experience. The shuttle, parking garage and staff were very helpful. Car was nice and new. On the return, key card didn't work to get into garage. Found out you can call for assistance with button on entry post or call lobby. There was a $400 credit card hold which was returned within 2 days.

I was surprised about the credit card hold and I got so many emails and texts with links that I did have concerns that some of it was spam.
Loved the automation of it all Mellissa and Izrael were very helpful when we showed up 3 hours early

When I arrived, I had no instructions to pick up the vehicle, even though i filled out the required forms hours earlier. I messaged them 20 times with no response. I waited in the parking garage for nearly an hour and a half before o got my instructions. Sketchy experience. Terrible (nonexistent) service.

Easy. A little confused at fire but supper via text was fast , nonhumans
