Lock box was extremely hot at pickup. A small towel to protect hands would be helpful.

Very good service
The car was unclean inside and out. There were some small boxes left by previous renter (I assume) in the storage compartment between the seats. The seats looked like dusty. I have rented cars through numerous rental agencies, and I would say this was the worse condition I've experienced. It's a shame since the rest of the process was good. Hope they make car inspection improvement soon.
