Never got info till after arriving, walked all over airport looking for them no response when asked questions or asked for a phone call ! Do not use
I will do everything I can to tell everyone I know not to use Carzi. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE RENTING A VEHICLE.
Being contactless was new for me. I missed having someone to answer my questions, but they were available upon my return.
The worst experience ever. I did not receive any information about how to get my car until after I had arrived at my destination and had to rent from a company that was actually at the airport where I arrived. There is no way to contact Carzi to cancel. Only be text. Now they charged me $400 because I canceled! The rental was only $124 and they charged me $400! This is the worst experience ever! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!

Make mikes allowance up to 300 miles
Car looked great and ran very well. We noticed sight damage around the front end when we picked up the car. Prior to taking the car we took various photos of the discrepancy for future reference. This Corolla was a nice car to drive.
I didn’t really have to interact with anyone in person but I did have a very efficient smooth rental process.
So easy, so fast, car worked great. Great experience and much cheaper than other options! Definitely will recommend and rent again.
