Very satisfied. Easy to pick up and drop off the car. Very affordable. Just don't forget to refill the gas as the surcharge is hefty
My flight changed and my rental reservation was cancelled because I didn't arrive on time. This created a huge inconvenience as I had to find another rental car when I arrived at my destination. I do not recommend this company.
One of the documents I uploaded was incorrect and they reached out to me directly to fix the issue before I was set to pick up my car so there were no delays at pick up

It was a little stressful doing Carzi for the first time, and my lockbox code was not included in my email. So, I had to try to email for the code in the Arizona heat. And that was
promptly provided. Other than that and using the white card to get through the gates, I would say it was fairly easy.
Everything was perfect except for the amount of e-mails and texts sent. The whole point of contactless is to minimize contact -- I don't need 10 e-mails and an SMS for a car rental.
