Great
Shuttle driver was the only one I talked to, he had literally never heard of carzi. When I returned it, staff member didn’t know anything about carzi, she just said they rent space from the parking lot. The car was clean, but smelled funny inside. I still don’t have a confirmation that the car was returned or a final bill or that my deposit was refunded, no phone number to ask questions. I’ll never do this again, rather pay the extra five bucks a day for even a fraction of customer service

Overall a great experience. I would just say to make sure that the Shuttle Drivers know how to direct passengers better to where they can locate their vehicles.
For the money, it was great! I requested a Toyota Rav 4 and got something else but that was ok. The car was not perfectly clean and the windshield on the inside was dirty/hard to see through. The shuttle to and from the airport was great and the drivers were friendly. The email with directions were very descriptive and helpful. All in all it was a good experience and I would rent from CARZI again!
The vehicle was great, but we were a little disappointed with the pickup. My wife walks with cane and has c o p d which made walking with luggage rough.
The lockbox was a little puzzling but a detailed was there cleaning another car and was amazing! And another was there when I dropped off. Suggestion, I was able to have someone text with me when I had ?’s could that be a standard… email AND text pickup and drop off info. Would just be easier. Email isn’t as readily avail.

It was fine. I didn't like getting the rental instructions so last minute, but it worked out.
