This was one of the poorest experience I have ever had. When I reached for the rental pickup, my car was not ready.Customer care first told me that they will not have e car until 11 PM, upon request he offered me that I can take Uber and carzi will reimburse for the fare and also deliver the car at my location.After reaching to my destination when I checked again about the car status, out of no where he said "You were not a good customer."I was polite throughout. At the end I didn't receive car.
Need to be told ahead of time when to expect car pickup instructions. There was no indication until I contacted support about 3 days ahead of time, asking about pickup instructions. Only then was told that instructions would be coming soon.
initially i was skeptical. but the great value i received was definitely worth it. only item i would like to add was that the lock box was
hard to open. but great value for the money. Great job
The contactless pickup was great! I received clear instructions and I didn't have to wait in any lines! I would definitely use this agency again.
When you say "staff" this was contactless so there wasn't anyone really except instructions emailed to me which were easy to follow, although the first time experiencing this is a bit worrisome, like "Will I find this car?" , but it all worked out. Trust the process.
