better instructions could be given on where to go to find the car. I was not able to find it without a lot of help. a better description of the vehicle would have made my life a lot easier. I was expecting to look for a small car and they gave me a small SUV. I didn't know Toyota corolla was an SUV. And I expected additional emails before I returned it, I got none. They sent me tons of emails before I got the car and crickets afterwards. Didn't appreciate the tone when I asked for help thru text
instructions for vehicle pickup never sent as promised and it took some time to contact Carzi (doing so was not obvious on the website and there was no app). We were supposed to receive instructions via email 30 min prior to pickup but that never happened. We were arriving by air, and internet access in the air is spotty at best so the 30 min window really doesn't work. No instructions as to how to indicate when the vehicle was returned.
The contactless pickup and return was fast and easy. This rental company was truly about 40% less than other well known rental companies. I would rent using Carzi again in a heartbeat!

The car has a fair amount of garbage in it when I picked it up
