Didn’t receive the vehicle I requested, trying to find the vehicle was painful several customers were confused of how to find the row, the vehicle had damages all over it will never rent from here again
Shockingly unprofessional, Stopped communicating, car was not the one I reserved, they never had a minivan ever yet that's what they allowed me to reserve. After a while they totally stopped communicating on text, the only way you can get in touch with them. I don't think I've ever been more shocked by a car rental experience. Hope they are exposed for the frauds they are.
First time had difficulty adjusting to the transfer of required information, 2nd time went very well.
