The contactless pickup was great! I received clear instructions and I didn't have to wait in any lines! I would definitely use this agency again.
When you say "staff" this was contactless so there wasn't anyone really except instructions emailed to me which were easy to follow, although the first time experiencing this is a bit worrisome, like "Will I find this car?" , but it all worked out. Trust the process.

Would be nice if all cars had a sun shade for the windshield during phx summers. I returned a day early and a credit for the day I didn't use would have been a nice perk.

Website wasn't clear about the deposit I was going to have to pay, I didn't know about it until the day of rental. Car wasn't available when it was first expected to be, and it had a crack in the windshield that I had to just assume they had a photo of for fear of losing that deposit I didn't know I was going to have to pay. It was cheap though.
First time renter without prior knowledge of the workings was a bit of a learning curve as we arrived by private vehicle and not the shuttle service. Once we completed the full process we are now very satisfied on this service and will use it again.
What I appreciated most is how well outlined and simple the check-in instructions were. Made it extremely seamless and would book again just because it is still quicker than going to a counter and checking in with an agent.
better instructions could be given on where to go to find the car. I was not able to find it without a lot of help. a better description of the vehicle would have made my life a lot easier. I was expecting to look for a small car and they gave me a small SUV. I didn't know Toyota corolla was an SUV. And I expected additional emails before I returned it, I got none. They sent me tons of emails before I got the car and crickets afterwards. Didn't appreciate the tone when I asked for help thru text
